can you help me about this one!

i join in the ngsec quiz challenge and im in level 2 now.the problem is there giving login and the password
it looks like this:
this is the level 1 problem
simple 1
Login: admin
password:
thier hint is related to the site so i enter the password "ngsec" from www.ngsec.com
and its correct. and now in level 2
simple 1 + host checks
login: admin
passwd:
now what is this host checks how to get this host checks?

he can do it himself pretty easy by googling for "referer spoofing" .

If we can't answer questions, what's the point of even being here? Let's just shut AO down and have the domain just point to Google and be done with it.
