Are you kidding? The Dems and the Reps would come out with their own "oxygen replacement plans". People hate change. It's bad enough for them to have to switch every 4 years or so, but to give them so many choices that may or may not affect them... *shrug*

It's hard to envision what the "Big Guy" (tha' Prez) will really do for the "Little Guy" (Joe Schmoo) from the Little Guy's point of view.
