Never seen it happen. You can check, however, the MD5 hash that is often placed with many of the ISOs using this tool, MD5sum. This is the Windows port of the MD5sum tool found in *nix. Basic usage is MD5sum <filename>. This will generate an MD5 hash and you can compare it with the one at the download site.
