1. Sign the contract of employment.
2. Own the system
3. Format and reinstall Win2000
4. Buy password recovery software
5. Plastic explosive & command wire or 9mm Parabellum (bad attitude recommended)
6. Bribery
7. Blackmail

You could try them all, but I suggest leaving #5 until last incase you break the sequence
