you might want to get adaware(www.lavasoft.com),SpybotS&D,something like TheCleaner(www.moosoft.com) or Swatit(www.swatit.org)..and sure you're updating Norton's?Two trojans dont exactly get in that easily unless you're playing with your own comp...
