    How can we speed up downlink speed through dish

    ok i assume that the "dish" means the dish net cable connection ( iamy be wrong) but try using the download accelator plus, it may help, also look for some modem twaeking programs

    increase MTU to maximum for device/connection
    increase TCP/IP window size for maximum
