It's good if you are doing some sort of awareness training or something of that nature. Maybe you could try to use it to convince a manager that security is important, hence the nice little cartoon characters. If your security people don't have this baseline knowledge, which could be many companies, then your company is pretty screwed. Lol. I never knock awareness material though, no matter how stupid they look. Many companies still do not have decent awareness programs.
