Unless you are buying vodka off the top shelf, guess what... it's made in the good old South of America. Tenessee and Kentucky. Brands like Smirnoff etc. distilled from grains and bottled here. Oh and I think Glacier (a top shelf vodka made from potatos) is made in the USA. lol. There are about 100 others so we can get by on our own. In fact I love martinis and I haven't made on with Russian vodka in years.
