I used to collect URL's for these. I had one that did the same sort of thing, but it flashed a collage image of gay porn (pixelated and properly distorted so, while it was not appropriate, you didn't necessarily see anything) and the audio was a guy, full volume, saying "Look at me! I'm surfing Gay Porn!"
