    How do I stop MSN for others

    I want to stop msn from running in the other user accounts on my computer. I'm runnig winXP. I know how to stop the program from running I just wanna find out its possible to stop in the other seperate accounts. Any help would be appreciated. THNX

    Try changing the rights on the executable file but if the other users have admin rights they can change it back.

    log into the accounts and change msconfig.
