    You _sure_ that's XP Pro?

You _sure_ you're logged in as admin?

I haven't played with XP Home much but I'm beginning to feel like it is because the drive is formatted NTFS so the security tab should be there if you are an admin of the box.

Now I have the Security tab. All I had to do was "UNCHECK" 'Use Simple File Sharing (recommended)'. When checked it hides the Security tab when right clicking on an NTFS drive. Thanks for all of your quick help.
