Well... We can't judge other countries/societies based on our standards. I mean, what has our (the USA) superior morality gotten us? An astronomical crime rate, poor health care, and a myriad of other problems that just aren't found in many other places.
I mean... I don't see anything wrong with prostitution, not that I personally indulge, but I don't have a problem with it. I do believe it should be "regulated?" Similar to how it's done in Vegas, with health regulations and whatnot.
Did you know that in South America, there is a high incidence of juveniles having sex with small cattle.... The reason.... They are the right height.... Simple as that... It took a $1.5M dollar study to work it out though....
Holy ****, thats.... wow.... 1.5 million...
And as for the original issue here... I would support public humiliation as a punishment, but only on one condition, there would have to be a clause that it could only be used if there are 2 eyewitnesses or something similar. I mean, if someone was wrongly convicted... That just wouldn't be right. I mean, jail sucks, but at least your face isn't on a billboard.
