Wtf.....I'm baffled, this does not make sence. Why? Since their straight?!!

To receive the 'Breaks' (Tax, health care, etc) that a married couple gets. That was one of the big factors on why Canada set up the law to recognize gay unions.

It might have been okay if no one knew they were married.
As men, they can keep their surnames, they can live as roomates to the public, even though they are married.
Now that this has been publicized, it will be hard to convince critics that they are truly heterosexual.
Might cause more social problems than anything else.
Difficult takes a day, Impossible takes a week~Kthln01!

It's been clear from the beginning thay gay marriage was all about money.
Historically, you could put your spouse on your health insurance (important
in the US but irelevant in Canada), pay a lower tax rate etc.
Once same-sex unions are recognized, everyone will have a "partner" in
order to obtained this favored status. If you stayed "single" you'd pay
all the taxes while everyone wondered why you were so stupid.
As a result of the abuse of this status, the tax rate break enjoyed by
married couples will probably disappear, and also the spousal discount
on health insurance. If "everyone" gets a special privelige, then no one
does, because all individuals will be treated the same, married or not.
Traditionally, married couples had priveliges because they perform
a useful social function, raising children. Governments figured it was
cheaper to give families a tax break than to take all those kids and
raise them at gov't expense in institutions.
I came in to the world with nothing. I still have most of it.

That includes kids. Confiscate their games m/c's, computers etc . lock the little shits up. Why should we have to undestand their shitty obnoxious lives

It's pretty simple -- either they aren't straight or it has something to do with the taxes.
