Yeah.... each new OS M$ releases consists of a lotta of bugs initially... but they are seen to be improving with time (may be in a couple of years)..
Take for instance, the case, when Windows XP was released.. New and attractive features like System Restore were introduced.. But... by joe.. System Restore utility used to eat up a lot of disk space to make up space for backing up of system files in all the hard drives.. This is the instance when I first upgraded my home box from Win98 to WinXP sometime in Jan2002 ... But alas!!!!! the performance was degraded instead of improving. Though the thumbnail feature of folder display was attractive.... Any how!!! I had to roll back..
But after three years down the road now. .. WindowsXP is said to have improved and become stable. But fellas these were three years...
Cant say... how much time Windows Vistas will take to get ubiquitious ...............
