And really, putting people in the millitary is really not going to shape everyone up like you think it will.
It is a proven statistic though and no i did not suggest that we put that legislation back in place.My whole point is that" DICIPLINE "no matter in what form or way it is implemented it works wonders...As for the driver, i really do not care if he was or wasn,t going to drink.He should have taken charge of the situation and looked after these other kids responsibly instead of trying to be the "Macho man"
