Super Tux Bros.
I'm going to attach a screen shot for others to see, but I had no idea this game even existed! I was in class the other day and while playing on my SUSE 9.3 laptop I noticed something called Super tux had been installed. I clicked on it to check it out expexting maybe an old looking crappy graphics free game.
Whoooo was I wrong. Blue being my favorite color the screen loaded something I can only describe as awesome. So I realise as I'm watching the demo, it's Super Mario Bros with Tux instead of Mario. And better graphics. Not sure of how many distros of Linux or BSD come with it but SUSE 9.3 has it right on the DVDs.
Awesome game and I've been playing it since. Very good and lots of fun especially if you miss the old Ninetendo games like I do. I'd punch babies for an original working nintendo with Super Mario Bros 1 2 and 3.
See screen shot for an idea of how it looks:

Another shot showing another screen where you can make levels on your own and play with other configurations. I should have pointed out the game by default loads in full screen moad. I clicked on non full screen so I could get these shots
