There are 'alledgedly' lots of jobs but employers do seem to be looking for increasingly specific skill sets. You must have MCSE, Java, Health and saftey quals and speak Lithuanian etc etc.
Plus the initial sifting of applications is done by and HR robot who looks for keywords only. If you don't mention x,y,z and mention a,b,c,d insted you go in the trash no matter how good or relevant a,b,c,d would be. The HR robot will not have any experience of the job advertised and will probably not understand your CV.
Tis very silly.
I quite fancy NZ myself, after I get my CISSP (CLAS maybe).
