If you have a question, start a new thread son!
Not to mention, search the site if any elder threads {similar} have been made, first!

If you like AO, for your own sake, read the FAQ first!

    Welcome to AO anyway

    Xero.. Maaaate..
This thread is over a year old..
very bad form dragging it out of the bin.. except to add new information..
Second ... Bad form asking a (while it may appear to be related) unrelated question in an established thread..
Would have been best to start a new thread asking the question and perhaps referencing to any related threads that may help clarify your question..

    As for your Question..
    Did you try Google..

did you try the following passwords?
    default
    toshiba
    password

IF this is for a drive out of a Toshiba Notebook.. you may need to find a friendly toshiba service agent .. check this forum conversation..
