hi devpon
i used those tools but these werent gud either!
Let me tell you the whole scenario, i need this tool for a person whose not much into this typing business and also fears that he might do something wrong, if he tries to operate his machine. He has already harmed his machine once in a similar fashion.
His work on computers is limited to Word, sending mails, playin movies n listening songs, etc. This covers almost all the work the person may require to do.
So, I wanted a speech tool, which can be easily configured with someone's voice tone and works not only as a dictation tool but also as a speech-based windows control tool.
The platform used is Windows 98 and not XP as I said earlier(by mistake).
Thnx

Nope, I have never found one that worked.
Your friend would better spend his time and money taking some basic computer user course/lessons.

hi nihil
I think you are right! Maybe i'll tell my friend to jst try some software, if it works for him, fine....he can then buy the full version of it.
But, I'll recommend to him to take some minimal knowledge to work on computers, so he can do his part of requirement!!!
thnx anyways
