hexa, if I return the HD I have to pay a 15% restocking fee, so I would like to buy one that is compatible. Also, your link directs me to microsoft's website.

Nihil, that's what I'm aiming for, but with a fixed budget it's kind of difficult. The only thing I'm really willing to spend lots of money on is the proccessor since speed IS a concern, I got the fastest AMD processor I could find on newegg which is 2GhZ, which from what I understand is about 3GhZ by intels standards.

Going back to the question, I placed in my inventory a 200gb and a 100gb HD both Serial ATA150, but does anybody know another website that they buy computer parts from since I would like to see some pictures because newegg has a default image for all hard drives, so that I can verify compatiblity at least by checking that the connector fits.

EDIT: I began to image google for the specific hard drives and came up with these results:

    Serial ATA150:

    SATA 3.0gb/s

I'm assumming that the big connector on both is where the power goes, and the smaller one is where the SATA cable goes from the mobo. It seems that Hexa's concept that they are interchangable are true.
