Look at yourself critically. Examine your diet, your state of mind and your health. If your diet is poor, you may want to think about adding some balance with vitamins or herbs (I use Ginko and Vitamin Water (focus) to help boost the brain functions).
If your relationships are a problem, you will have trouble concentrating. Take care of business.
If your health is good, great. If not, deal with that first.
Getting older sucks, but your brain has an almost infinite capacity and if you keep it lubricated and active, there is no reason for it to start misfiring at your tender age. Keep the support system healthy and take care of business.
