Actually they did allow us the opportunity to be generous and humble in victory, each time we nailed their a** , we graciously gave them back the land we had taken.

Look,.....like Foxy's sig, ever since they have been beaten and whipped (twice by the Germans), they feel a need to reassert themselves in the eyes of the world, so to a Frenchman, if they know it rankles the "Anglophones" they will go out of their way to do so, case in point....At all airports around the globe the language used for safety purposes is "English" for arrivals espescially, but here in Canada, the Quebecers wanted it to be in French, just had to have it in French, of course it got turned down and they had to comply with the "International Standards"....
