I noticed that the link is for a car selling in (I think) Dublin, IE. That is why the steering wheel is on the right. However in the linked article for The Register, the images are shown to be in North Carolina. In the linked images there (even better by the way, with the scratches) the steering wheel is on the left!

My question is, who in the world would go through all that trouble?!

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.
