Well, shoot, I can't find the 6600le amerpage requirement anywhere.... The only thing I can think of is that on the 12v rail of your power supply, I doubt 15 amps is enough... But your power supply has a 12v v2.0 with 17 amps, which should be enough, but I don't know much about 12v v2.0... Maybe undertaker can educate us about it .

Another possibility is a bad CPU... I know that a bad CPU will prevent you from seeing anything or hearing any beep codes... I'm not saying go out and buy another CPU , I'm just saying that's a possibility...

Yeah, lol. I'm not going to buy another CPU. I guess i'll just have to return everything. I guess it was all cursed or something. I'm baffled and extremely frustrated.

Nooo you cant quit now and return everything!!

The only thing I can think of is that it may be in your construction of it, can you start from the beginning and detail every step you are taking when you build it, maybe there is something you are not doing....?

Im never buildin a PCI express machine ever again. I'll just go with AGP next time. I'm returning everything. Thanks for everyone who tried to help me with this problem. Too bad I couldn't get it to work.
I did start back from scratch a few times. I had 2 mobos, 2 video cards, and bought an extra PSU. And still no picture. I have no clue what was wrong. I have put computers together before with no problem. This was just weird. Maybe all the parts I got were just bad. Thanks anyway.
I already returned the extra PSU, video card and mobo I had bought. Now to return all the other stuff back to newegg.

That's bad, don't return everything.... There's has to be a reason... First check the manual of the video card... See how many amps it needs on the 12v rail... you might not be a noob but these next suggestions are assuming you are... Did you put any thermal compound between the CPU and heatsink/fan? Did you make sure to put spacers between the motherboard and case? There's got to be something... Don't go to AGP now... That will only be good for another year at most...

    DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!

Yeah. Thermal paste was already on the heatsink. Yes I put the separators on the case before putting the mobo on top of it. Just bad luck. Very bad luck. :/
Screw PCI Distress. I mean express.

Well shoot, since your returned the extra video card, motherboard and PSU, it wouldn't hurt to buy another CPU and return it if it doesn't work... But yeh, that is very bad luck. Don't give up on PCI-Express though. If you go AGP now you will kick youself in the head in a year from now, when you have to do a total rehaul...

    Hmmmm,

    2x MoBos
    2x Video Cards
    2x PSUs

Do you have, or know anyone who has an old conventional PCI video card? I would try it just to see, as there is no way there should be a power supply issue with that!

That leaves the CPU and the memory, can you borrow some memory or test it somewhere else?

That would leave the CPU, which I have a sneaking suspicion might be the culprit

What makes me say that is you are not getting any BIOS beeps. If it were the memory, you should at least get the memory error beeps. If it is the video, it should still get far enough into the post cyle to beep.

My money is on a dud CPU

Yeah, I a friend who brought a regular PCI video card. And that didn't work either. We only tried that one on one of the mobos though. So. I don't know. OH and i haven't got my money back for the stuff I returned at the store since I payed through a checking card. Hopefully I get it back tomorrow.
I already ordered a dell, lol. Hopefully Intel lets me return the Intel mobo and the Pentium D procesor. Do you guys think they'll let me return it? What's a good excuse so they can give me my money back? Thanks
