You are spot on with the "interesting requirements" bit..................

The killer to me is to select by user, by elapsed time and by absolute time.

I am sure that many of us have come across stuff that will do bits of it..............so you might think that it is simple?...............not so!..............you would have to integrate applications from totally unrelated suppliers?

I think that I know why it is "being talked about" but has not actually happened
