Over the last 3-4 years a lot of companies have been ditching Cisco in favour of Notel - maybe just on a cost issue alone - Cisco are a tad more pricy than Nortel - Operationaly I wouldnt say there is much difference in between the two - But for ease of use/configuration etc Cisco wins hands down!
