I am sure you can't make hyperlinks work in a psd unless you export it. If you are trying to make a webpage out of that psd, you need to make slices and then "save for web" as html. And then you can tweak it using your favourite html editor.

So, if the links can be made using Adobe or Macromedia, plz tell me!
