Headset is dissapointing me

My last thought is just try it on another computer. If it works, then it's your system. If not, get a replacement headset. That way you don't spend money or time getting another one and the same thing happen.

test the thing on the messenger.....you said that its been some months that you had bought it, so i guess it has been working till now.

anyway, in counterstrike, the game has these bots speaking to themselves. i installed the game lately and hearing everyone i hurriedly jacked up my mic and all and tried speaking to them. and guess what......no reply.
there are settings in the startup screen to enable and adjust the audio input.

plus try to host a game between your friends and trying speaking to them.

even when you go through steam program and join a server, there are too amny bots speaking to themselves
