I guess you can discount people typing the wrong URL.......... most would have that saved in favourites or an icon on their desktop.

That leaves the fraudsters with the problem of getting someone to use the fake URL?

It would have to be an e-mail? so I guess this is not that different from all the others?

Basically there is a simple rule: if you have a bank that does or would send you an e-mail asking you to provide any personal details............... you need a NEW BANK!
