This should be a very obvious answer but I will humor you anyway.
If you have NAT pool 10.2.2.1-10.2.2.9 and user commuter is bound to 10.2.2.1, then the next user will draw one of the available NAT pool addresses not in use. Hence, the available pool is now 10.2.2.2-10.2.2.9.

It did not workout , i could not assure that a specifc user gets a specifc ip address!!!!

Exactly. This is what I told you all along. You can only have users pull from the NAT pool you define. It works very much like a DHCP server.
Your concentrator (lower end) does not have the feature set for direct mapping.

Isee. In this case , we can not achieve that on our current VPN, unless we have to buy another device
