This is a touchy subject for me because I live in the tailpipe of the US.
I can relate, here in Atlantic Canada, the majority of the acid rain we would get would come via you guy's, well the vast majority of it from the Ohio/Michigan/New York/Ontario corridor.....I too would rather see us err on the side of caution, too often we are reactive and not proactive, and in this case we may not have a chance to react in time? (Mother nature is very unforgiving)...
