The author obviously suffers from moral turpitude. What can be
more important to one's moral (and spiritual) life than fulfilling one's
licensing agreements? I mean, what's important here: that your
computer works, or the license to use the software?

I know that having taken 10 minutes to figure out how to open it, he took a further 30 minutes playing with the packaging............ how does he think "scope creep" happens?
