I'm not sure you people are getting my point Nihil is a child molester - Statement is made denial is not just a river in Egypt any more so Nihil disputing this statement is worthless... So we all should go through Nihils private property - PC files, Bedroom closet, tax history, credit card history, spending history, library checkout history, I mean after all if he isn't a child molester, what does he have to hide?

If PB is vulnerable to this sort of thing then imagine just how much more so Google and Yahoo! must be?
There were propietary programs that were being distributed illegally. There were lots before, but now I'm guessing that they're gone now.
It is my responsibility to report these crimes.

Ah!

That is breach of copyright which is not a crime in many countries, it is merely a civil misdemeanour, and has to be resolved in a civil court under civil law. Criminal actions are pursued by the law enforcement agencies and are prosecuted in a criminal court.
It is my responsibility to report these crimes.
Really? and why might that be? Sure, you should report criminal acts, but not civil misdemeanours. Those are entirely at your discretion, and should be reported to the offended party, not the law enforcement agencies.
As I said, PB do not host the information, only index it. So, why don't you report your telephone company, because their directory allows criminals to contact eachother, given that they index them?
Incidentally, have you ever heard the expression "Quisling"?
