Solution found the line has been cancelled at the main site. I thought due to another location working fine, that the problem was at the warehouse.
Basically the other site has a different connection. The line here had just been cancelled by my Manager - Kind of important to check if connections are using the line before you cancel it.
Sorry to waste everyone's time, least I know a bit about cisco router's now.
