    Social Security number?

    We have now been living in Vence for 3 months. My husband works for a large IT company.
    How do we get hold of our Social Security numbers and Carte Vitale please?

    "Vence"? is that some sort of weird place in America............. or did you mean Venice, in Europe?

    "Carte Vitale" is literally your "card of life" in Italian, so I shall assume that you have moved to Venice, Europe?

    OK, they employ a department called: "Personnel" or "Human Resources", who really should have contacted your husband and sorted this out for you?

    But, as your address resolves to a scumxcity of spammers in India............. I shall just ban you......
