    Maybe because it needs to run as a service it could have problems? Anyone ever had this happen?
    Does it show up in the service manager? Is it started?
    Can you connect a client to it?

    Maybe it's not supported on W2K3?

    No, the installer wont get that far. It wont even show the screens where you click next and you agree to the terms. It just freezes up, but the rest of the server functions just fine.
