The only thing that looks troubling is :
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BMeb3ddf2f] Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\iinokuco.dll",s
You should remove that entry from the registry ("HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run") and see what happens.
