I suggest you start your own thread from scratch, as I does not look (to my inexperienced eye at least ) that your problem is related to the one in the original thread. That was basically a flaw in an MS update of a while back.
Your problem seems to be something to do with myWindowsService.exe, about which, unfortunately, I know nothing 
Incidentally, your links both go to MS query pages rather than any further information?
