Well, if it is a British govt. IT project it will be a total balls-up, just like all the others
I don't think that they will get very far before it is pointed out that cybercrime detection and prevention is totally underfunded and under resourced over here.
Anyways the British govt's recent demonstration of securely holding private data hasn't been what I would describe as stellar. Even our security services lose stuff!
Given the current state of the economy, and the lack of tangible terrorist activity I really don't think that this crap will fly.
