hackup a torrent file, like "The Day The Earth stood Still", and edit it manually to drop a file in his or her startup folder. Create a virtual server and enjoy

Trust me my friend; I wrote my first program in 1970............. somehow I don't think you were even born then?

Hello nihil
I know this is an old post, but I had to say I think you may have
me beat. My first programming was Dec 1970, and I've been a hacker
ever since.
I appreciate and support you efforts to separate the hackers from
the lawless. Freedom does not mean anarchy.

Hurry up and do a permanent ban on these jokers. Atleast close the thread before more stereotypical internet scenesters flood it with the H-word.

You should thank hackers....without them you wouldn't have giant corporations like apple, microsoft, and Red Hat. Without hackers you would forever wonder how to copy an encrypted 6GB DVD onto a 4.3GB without loosing an ounce of quality. Without hackers, you would still be writing your programs in assembly language. Be careful what you ask for. Hackers get paid if they do it right. Bet you want to unlock your 3G Iphone.

I can't really argue with the others but regarding assembly language, might be much more difficult to learn and to use but it does yield smaller considerably more resource-efficient programs than fourth-generation languages.
