What really hacks me off is that my garbage ISP (I have no alternative provider, only billing plans) is actively negotiating with the Phorm slimeballs, yet cannot prevent spam, malware and the rest from getting their entire IP address range blocked.
I do just love this:
Your IP Range is Blocked
There is too much Bot and script kiddie activity originating from that IP range

That's cause it costs money to solve those problems. Phorm will make money for them.

No news there. We block IP ranges at our perimeter router. We analyze attacks and update our acls weekly. Very efficient and effective.
Back in the day when i used to get the whole IP is blocked yada yada, i'd just get onto the phone to the ISP and keep complaining about this that and everything else until i was given a different IP range.
i guess they started to get suspicious when i kept asking for fresh shell accounts every so often.
