Thank you for sitting for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)® examination on 03/21/2009. We recognize and commend the significant personal commitment you made with regard to the testing experience, as well as the time and effort spent preparing for the exam. We are sorry, however, to inform you that you did not achieve a passing score. Your scaled score on the examination was 691. A scaled score of 700 or higher is required to achieve a PASS status on the examination.
One of those moments when life just STOPS.
Parth Maniar,
CISSP, CISM, CISA, SSCP

I'm sure you'll get it the 2nd time around. Just read the questions carefully and bring a highlighter to highlight the important questions (e.g., identify the double-negatives and such -- sometimes it's a question of misreading a question that gets a wrong answer, not that we don't know the answer).

You wont believe .. There was this question about what background check will you carry out before hiring an employee
Options were so simple :
His children education
Medical
(something weird but not connected)
Criminal history.
When rechecking my answers I had ticked MEDICAL AND IT WAS AT THAT POINT OF TIME I REALIZED THAT I MUST HAVE GOOFED UP A LOT ! It was too late though.. Couldnt think a thing by end of the paper.. I travelled 26 hours (trains - yeah they're slow) to reach to the exam ..
Anyway.. Thy Shall PAsS ..
