A word from Tripstone

As others have noted, it has been a loooong time MIA for tripstone. So to allow old friends of mine on here to catch up and new friends to learn about me, I decided to spill out these words. I came here Sept. of 2001 and immediately found a place on the internet someone like me could feel like they belong. It was not very long before I saw myself posting on here to beat hell. Because of a certain someone, I decided to leave and not come back. Like someone mentioned when I told everyone of my impending abscence, I would be back. In the interim, I have managed to develop a couple of websites for non-profits around the area I live, and became a father of another boy. So now I have an eight year old and a four year old. I still suck at computers but seem to better than the average. I help run another computer lab. When I first started here at AO, I helped run the college computer lab. Now I run a computer lab at a job search facility in Northern Minnesota. I help teach people basic computer skills, enough skills to put something extra on a resume. I am also the Systems Administrator, helping the netadmin keep the puters clean and stable (well as stable as a winders machine can be). I am a myspace whore, I don't like myspace but too many of my friends have a place, so I guess that means I had to get one. Switching gears here a tad. Tripstone has been my name for a long frickin' time. But I am not the only one named it(I was first, but that doesn't mean anything). If you want to find bg info on me, you will need to look(google) under two diff names. AgentDrex and SolidMorph.

Don't know exactly why I take off for periods of time and then come back. I guess I feel like this is my home I moved away from and I need to come back to relax and feel comforted like a lost little college boy.

I think that you get into a habit of using a site in a particular way, and I certainly have to remember to open the "discussion forums" option rather than just look at the main page.
