There is a REAL location (I've been to it) here on the Olypic Penninsula of Washington State. It kept it's original translated American Indian name, and it fits this topic perfectly. It has a little lighthouse on it too, and the beach is pretty neat. You can see Canada from across the water.
It's called (sic): Point No Point.
