giving antipoints bug

i believe there is an antipoint bug
i just tried to assign some and it stated i needed to spread them around

popup says antipoints correction
antionline antipoints system
You must spread your AntiPoints around before giving it to thisuser again.

whats the deal with this
this is the first time ive tried giving this particular post any points
i dont give many out
but i did find this particular post good and wanted to give some out

I think this is just something to prevent you giving antipoints to the one person all the time. This prevents people from just giving it to their friends 10 times in a row.

you have to give antipoints to another 5 ppl (i think) before you can give antipoint to the same person

i guess i had given some and forgot about it

as far as i know there isn't a list... also i've been told that you can only give out so much anti points in a day
