A free .com?

I don't care about banners, space, transfer, monthly bandwidth, or anything...I just need a free .com, and namezero is not giving them out anymore. Anyone know where I could get one?

jehnx, I searched all over looking for a free .com, but found none anywhere. The best and closest thing I found was a forwarding service that allowed you to use part of someone elses domain name. For instance cjb.

I did notice a site at http://www.freenetname.co.uk They seem to offer free domain names, but they have the .co.uk after them if you are interested.

Oh my god Tokelau just gives their domain names away for free. If you dont mind having the .tk then this is cool. Thanks morfius, im going to test it out.

no problem people! Why wouldn't you want a .tk domain??? It's free!! and they give you the chance to have 3!!!

But one down side that i have encountered..well not really, is that my pop ups don't work. As in when someone clicks a link, a new windows is suppose to open. Is anyone else having this problem?

lol .tk dont we all use them???? The only problem is at the writing of this they are down!!! You can get to their homepage but you cant connect to other .tk sites

Heh, if you guys wanna spend some time advertising for them, each advertiser around 5 points, once you get 100 points you get a free 10 mb domain, no banners, and for a year.
