Err, I would sign your guestbook but you've turned scrolling off in the left hand frame so I can't access any of the links below 'tutorials'.
Change the following line:
<frame src="/html/index.html" name="top" noresize scrolling="NO">
to:
<frame src="/html/index.html" name="top" noresize scrolling="auto">
and I'll sign your guestbook with pleasure. ;)
