    To Cocoke and others....

    First off, cocoke... you posted in rollcall, people can't reply to your question....
    I know you're new, but try to pay a little attention, k?

    Anyways...
    People either make moveable avatars with programs like GifConstruct or Animation Studios... or they find some while doing searches with search engines like the popular
    Google.com

    Type avatar, animated avatar.... so on, you'll find something to your liking, everyone does...

    PS. forgot to mention, you upload your avatar at the avatar select screen, but you must have 10 posts under your belt......
