we are using WINNT 4.0, frequently my NT account is getting locked out specific un-successful attempts. Is there any tool or ways to find out who is trying on my account. Please let me know

Eventviewer..

run eventvwr.exe

You'll need Admin access to view the security log.
(Logging has to be enabled (in usrmgr.exe policies) for any logs to be kept)
