Great Nessus!

I feel Nessus Security Scanner is more wonderful than most of the scanners,it use more than 700 plugins to excute session. After finishing session it would give detailed reports to users in various format.It is effective to excute in Lan for security check.It would find most security holes for hosts,routers,switches,and most application servers.further more ,the plugins are easy to understand,and u can write the plugins for your need.But it is slow in checking the Internet devices through Internet,when excuting Internet scan I would not like to use it.But it is great in Security Checks in most time, I think.How do u think it?Give minds,pls.

Oh, I am a general programmer in the Computer Science Institute of a University.I researched snort and other security tools,and found that Nessus was more effective in Lan Security Checks.What about u?
